Cancellation Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not entertain any cancellations of orders once they have been placed. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed and processed. All sales are final.

Replacement Policy
a. Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we offer a replacement policy. To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the defect to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

b. Reporting Defective Products: To report a defective product, please send an email to artdelicindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include detailed information about the defect, along with clear images of the defective product. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide further instructions on the replacement process.

c. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests for products that do not meet these criteria.

d. Replacement Process: If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for the defective product to be picked up from your address and a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
